TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Souvenaid contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions, and accompanying Contest Details (collectively the “Terms”).

Each entrant agrees that he/she has read and understood this document and by their participation in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms.

The Organiser of this contest is Danone Dumex Early Life Nutrition Singapore Pte Ltd.
Entrants may only enter this Souvenaid Campaign online and by submitting their details in the contest form.

Please note that by submitting an entry, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Prize Details

• One winner selected each month will get a three (3) months’ supply of Souvenaid.
• A three (3) months’ supply of Souvenaid is worth $450.
• Prizes are not transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
• Prizes are subject to availability and Danone Dumex Early Life Nutrition Singapore Pte Ltd has the right to substitute any prize for a comparable prize of equal or greater value to be awarded in lieu, subject to any applicable law.
• We reserve the right to withdraw the prize in the event that the entrant(s) is/are uncontactable.

Contest Details

• This contest ends on 30th June 2019.
• All entrants are included in the pool of eligible participants every month.
• Winner will be announced on this site at the start of the next month and contacted directly.
• Entrants must be residing in Singapore.

By entering the Contest / Lucky Draw, each participant agrees that:

• Any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to Danone Dumex Early Life Nutrition Singapore Pte Ltd for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Contest / Lucky Draw, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes Danone Dumex Early Life Nutrition Singapore Pte Ltd may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided Danone Dumex Early Life Nutrition Singapore Pte Ltd with consent;
• Danone Dumex Early Life Nutrition Singapore Pte Ltd may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Danone Dumex Early Life Nutrition Singapore Pte Ltd’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Contest / Lucky Draw or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and
• The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in Danone Singapore without further compensation.

Liabilities

Danone Dumex Early Life Nutrition Singapore Pte Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Contest or as a result of entering the Contest or accepting any prize. Danone Dumex Early Life Nutrition Singapore Pte Ltd is not responsible for any safe custody, return, non-delivery or missing of entries, late, misdirected, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest.

By entering the Contest or accepting the prizes, You agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Danone Dumex Early Life Nutrition Singapore Pte Ltd, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Contest and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

Danone Dumex Early Life Nutrition Singapore Pte Ltd owns the final rights to amend the terms and conditions if necessary.
