Nutilis Clear
Nutilis Clear is an advanced thickening powder (xanthan gum based)
instantly thickens and maintain the normal appearance and transparency of fluids and foods. Design to protect the action of amylase, the feed will remain thicken until it is completely swallowed. It achieves a syrup, custard or semi-solid consistency very quickly, depending on the amount of power used, based on a doctor’s advice. Once thickened, food and drinks can be treated normally; chilled, frozen and reheated
Tips for mixing Nutilis
Hot drinks
Please use the shaker with caution when preparing hot drinks and ensure the lid is securely closed. For optimal results and safety, please allow hot drinks to cool slightly prior to thickening. If desired or needed drinks may be reheated in the microwave after the addition of Nutilis Clear.
Carbonated drinks
For optimal results stir the carbonated drinks until the drink has gone flat and most of the foam has settled before adding Nutilis Clear.
Water
Use bottled water for the best results and stir for a short time until all powder is dissolved.
General tips for usage
1. Add all powder at once
2. Start stirring or shaking as soon as possible
3. Stir or shake quickly
4. Stop stirring or shaking in time to prevent the formation of air bubbles in the drink

Recommended method
For the best results, add the powder to the cup, glass, bowl or shaker before adding the drink or liquid
Using a fork or whisk
1. Measure the powder into a cup, glass, bowl or shaker
2. Add the drink or liquid to the powder
3. Stir vigorously with a fork or whisk for 15-30 seconds
4. Leave to stand for a minute
5. Stir gently for 5 seconds and serve

2. Add drink or liquid to the shaker
3. Screw on lid and shake vigorously for 15-30seconds
4. Leave to stand for a minute
5. Move gently for 5 seconds and serve
