Chocolate Espresso Chia Seed Spread
  Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle (125mL) Souvenaid Cappuccino
  • 80g dark chocolate
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (15g) chia seeds
  • 1 tsp (5g) espresso coffee powder
  • 1 tsp (5mL) water, hot

 

METHOD

  1. Melt the chocolate on stove or in a microwave.
  2. Dissolve the espresso powder in the hot water. Add into the melted chocolate and mix well.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature.
  4. Once it is cooled down, add in Souvenaid gradually into the chocolate mixture and whisk till well combined.
  5. Allow it to set at room temperature for 5 mins and the spread is ready.
  6. Serve with cracker/bread.

  CHEF'S TIPS

Tastes best if served chilled. Can be eated as a pudding with cut fruits.

Souvenaid should not be heated or frozen.
