Make Souvenaid a part of your everyday

Maple Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Souvenaid® Vanilla 125ml bottle
  • 1/4 cup low fat milk
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 medium sized banana, sliced*
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter*
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup pecansIngredients

 

METHOD

  1. In a small bowl or glass combine oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, Souvenaid and milk.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Before serving, microwave sliced bananas and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 20 seconds.
    Add to overnight oats.
  3. Then top with pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup.
    Method

  TIPS

Not everyone loves peanut butter, but an easy switch for half a cup blueberries will make this the sweetest treat ever. Blend the blueberries and sliced bananas together and serve over the top of the overnight oats.
