Make Fortisip a part of your everyday

Black Sesame Cookies
  Serves 4 cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 scoops (80g) Fortisip vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp (40g) butter
  • 1 Tbsp (18g) semolina flour
  • 1 Tbsp (16g) whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp (14g) brown sugar
  • 1/2 (10g) egg yolk
  • 1 tsp (5g) black sesame seeds, toasted, crushed

 

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Whisk butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in vanilla extract, egg yolk and cream, then continue to whisk until ingredients are well combined.
  4. Add in semolina flour, Fortisip powder and sesame seed. Use a spatula to fold in gently until well combined.
  5. Round the dough with hand into a ball, press it flat and place them on a baking tray.
  6. Chill it for 15mins.
  7. Then bake for 10 to 15 mins, or until done.

  CHEF'S TIPS

Variation: Use white sesame or roasted, crush peanuts instead of black sesame.
