  Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup reduced sugar soymilk (350mL)
  • 3 scoops (48g) Fortisip vanilla
  • 1 small sachet (9g) instant jelly powder

 

METHOD

  1.  In a pot, whisk to combine soymilk and Fortisip well.
  2. Warm up the solution and continue to stir, do not boil it.
  3. Once the solution is warm enough, add in instant jelly powder. Keep stirring till no lumps are seen.
  4. Sieve the solution through a strainer and pour into a bowl. Skim out bubbles on the surface.
  5. Allow to set at room temperature for 15 mins then place in refrigerator.
